Canadian International Adoption Services (CIAS) is a non-profit adoption agency licenced in Ontario by the Ministry of Community and Social Services on December 7th, 2000 to facilitate international adoptions under the Intercountry Adoption Act (IAA) and its Regulations for the Ukraine.
