Boys and girls are eligible for adoption including sibling groups

All children must be registered with the Central Data Bank for one year before they can be adopted internationally; this waiting period makes the child available for adoption to Ukrainian citizens before becoming available for international adoption

Children classified healthy are available from about 14 months of age
